Account Manager

What you'll do

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients/distributors
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
  • Establish, maintain and enhance current and potential client/distributor relationship
  • Providing good after–sales support by following up on the sales accounts and resolving client's concerns
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and product knowledge

What you'll need

  • About 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Managing or IT Sales
  • To be comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment
  • To be willing to learn and enjoy interacting with people
  • IT Product knowledge in Information Technology or government tender would be an advantage
  • A diploma or degree
  • Experience in similar roles and familiarity with website project management.
  • Able to write good copy, clear briefs, draft timelines, conceptualize and write proposals based on client requirements
  • Able to communicate with clients, suppliers and internal team, both verbally and in written format
  • Singapore citizenship or Singapore PR
