Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage projects from conception through deployment, and serve as both a client partner and an internal team leader.
• Manage daily project assignments, resources by project, provide team direction, and assist with setting overall goals and priorities. Lead project team meetings, complete with clear objectives, agendas, and outcomes.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with team members including Application Developers, Quality Assurance, and others as needed.
• Manage day-to-day aspects of project and scope and effectively apply Project Methodologies (Agile)
• Prioritize and oversee site activities to ensure tasks are completed with quality, in a timely manner and within the budget.
• Share knowledge and best practices with team; facilitates project review sessions at the close of each project.

What you'll need

• Extensive experience as a project manager on medium to large scale software implementation projects with a proven ability to lead consulting engagements
• Solid understanding and working knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques and tools.
• Proven track record of successful management of simultaneous web and mobile projects
• Must have a demonstrated track record preparing SOW's and building project plans
• Experience with User Centric Design methodologies and documenting user profiles, tasks, and scenarios
• Experience with prototyping and creating wireframes (Visio, Photoshop, or Dreamweaver)
• At least 4 years of programming experience
• Solid and balanced understanding of the complex relationship between design, business and technology
• Excellent written and oral communication skills - understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
